Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.

Items may be returned within 7 days of the ship date for a refund. If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please place a new order. While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:

  • You will receive a refund for the item(s) and shipping and handling costs for defective, damaged or misshipped items. For all other items, shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded. (Note: Return shipping cost refunds are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. Items returned via expedited shipping methods will only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method).
  • Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact or it may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Before to make a return please contact our customer support to Helpdesk@HIFI-Alternative.com to receive an RMA number (return merchandise authorization)
  • Pre-Order products are not refundable when release date is postponed, but they can be exchange with other similar items.

You should receive a refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund quickly.

All products are subject to manufacturer warranty when applicable. For all the other products AlternativeDVD will handle the return upon contacting our customer service at Helpdesk@HIFI-Alternative.com. We generally offer a 30 days warranty on all our line of products.

Payment Policy:

We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners), Paypal (ID: account@Alternativedvd.com).

Your credit card will be charged when your order is processed by our automatic system. Our site is secure, but if you are uncomfortable sending your credit card information over the Internet, simply contact HelpDesk@HIFI-Alternative.com during normal business hours to receive further information on how to make payment

Checkout with payment desired has to be received within 3 days after end of auction. Payment must arrive within 7 days. We cannot guarantee items availability if payment is received after this deadline. As a Power Seller we reserve the right to file a Non-Paying Bidder Alert, if payment is not made within 10 days after end of auction.

Buyers are subject to pay 8.75% Sales Tax if product is shipped to an address in California.

  • Official release dates for Pre-Order products are subject to change by the official manufacturer.
  • All auction sales are FINAL and WARRANTY is covered by manufacturer or us when applicable.
  • Products will not be refunded or returned if seal is broken or game is opened.
  • A 15% fee will apply on all orders canceled.
  • We reserve the right to end or cancel a transaction if the policy written on this auction is violated and refund the payment if applicable.
  • It is necessary to contact us before bidding if feedback score is less than 10.

Shipping Policy:

Currently HIFI-Alternative processes and ships items Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed during normal business hours only (9:30am - 5:00pm, Mon – Fri) and/or shipped the following business day. We will not be processing or shipping orders during national holidays.

To ship to US we use fedex Ground and we provide a tracking number. We do not ship this type of product to APOs, PO BOX, Hawaii, Alaska, Porto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands. For rates to this areas please contact us before to place your bid. For orders paid with Paypal the shipping address must be confirmed and verified by Paypal seller protection policy. We might ask for further information in order to ship to unconfirmed addresses.

Same rules as US apply to international addresses, but delivery time is subject to customs delays. International buyers are responsible to pay eventual customs, fee, taxes, import duties or any other applicable charges. We have no jurisdiction over these charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

A street address is required for all international shipments. AlternativeDVD reserves the right to refuse orders shipping to certain countries or regions worldwide.

Additional Shipping Policy Info:

  • HIFI-Alternative does not take responsibility for unclaimed international packages. International packages are subject to customs inspections and delays (Some fees may apply). Packages may take up to 3 weeks. Delivery time to international countries outside of the United States is subject to change depending on each country. The main reason why packages are either delayed or lost is because of certain Customs Policy Restrictions.
  • Local Pick-up service available. Please e-mail us for details. Some Handling fees will apply.
  • For USA orders greater then $250 we will require and an adult signature to claim the package.
  • For purchases of 10 items or more please contact us to combine shipping.

  • To all Customers In the United States: We will only ship to confirmed addresses. If your address is unconfirmed we will require further information and your order could be delayed.
